What to Expect

When you call LawLine (1-866-534-5243), in many cases you will only receive advice. The advice is provided by a paralegal, and you may not actually speak with an attorney. Please have your paperwork ready at the time of the call. If you are not calling about your legal problem, please have the person with the legal problem call us.

What to Bring: Documentation requested by the intake paralegal and any paperwork that might relate to your case: notices, court papers, contracts or agreements you have signed, photos or anything you think might help the attorney understand your case.

Reminders: If you expect a return phone call, please leave us a telephone number (with area code) at which we can reach you.
